Agent Editor
How to Make Changes to Your Agent.
The Agent Editor is accessed by clicking the "Agent Editor" icon in the Actions column of the Agents Table, located below the "Create New Agent" window.

The Agent Editor has three sections, each accessible by clicking on the corresponding tabs. Below is a description of each tab.
Agent Editor Tab
This tab opens by default when you click the Agent Editor icon. It mirrors the "Create New Agent" window but is pre-filled with the data you previously entered when creating the agent.

Here, you can change the agent’s name or domain by simply entering new information. If the domain is changed, you will need to re-train your agent (refer to the Agent Training guide for detailed instructions). You can also select a different avatar, voice (when available), and agent goal. Once you've made your changes, click the "Save Changes" button.
Training Document Editor Tab
This tab allows you to edit the Training Document as discussed in the Agent Training section (see the Agent Training guide for detailed instructions). After making your edits, click "Save Changes" to update the document.

Agent Settings Tab
In this tab, you can toggle the agent’s status between "preview" and "online" modes. To bring the agent online, simply switch the toggle so that the green light is on, and click "Save Changes."

If you encounter an error while trying to bring an agent online, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Pre-Beta Period: During the pre-beta phase, all agents are restricted to preview mode only.
- Subscription Limit: You may have reached the maximum number of online agents allowed by your subscription. To resolve this, either switch another online agent to preview mode by turning off its online status in the Agent Settings tab or consider upgrading your subscription to allow more online agents.
