How to Preview Your Agent.
Previewing your agent is easy—just click the "Agent Preview" icon in the Actions column of the Agents Table, located below the "Create New Agent" window.
When you do this, a new browser tab will open with your website displayed, along with a chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. The chat icon will feature your selected avatar with the words "Agent Online" beneath it. Click the icon to open the chat window and start a conversation with your new agent.
You might wonder how a chat window appears on your website without first installing it in your website’s HTML code. Don’t worry, your website hasn’t been hacked. This preview is possible because of "iframes," which are used to display a web page within another web page. If your web designer or developer has disabled the display of your site through an iframe, your website won’t appear in the preview window. That’s perfectly fine—it will still work once you embed the code into your live site.
